When I first used Xnapper i was just thinking, great! Now my Twitter screenshots will look nice!
Then I learnt there was a shortcut key to take a screenshot with Xnapper and I tried it once. The screenshot appeared almost instantly and I could just drag and drop to my whatsapp chat. That to me is a great win as the standard screenshot feature in mac usually take about 5 seconds before the screenshots is ready to be used.
Before I know it, I was using Xnapper to take every single screenshots in my com for every purpose. It has become an essential tool to my daily life. At work and at home.
Would strongly recommend this product for everyone!

I love Xnapper and use it everyday. I use primarily for customer support but also for screenshots for our user guide, product emails, and changelog posts. It's made my life so much easier. Some features I particularly love:
1. The padding around the image
2. The auto-blacking out of emails
3. Auto-image balancing
4. Double click to copy without saving the image
It just makes taking screenshots SO easy. The user experience is great and has clearly been well thought through. I've never encountered a bug. The only feature I could really use is the ability to add arrows or circles to highlight sections of an image. That feature would help me a lot in customer support.

Wow this is cool! I constantly use the shortcut CMD+Ctrl+Shift+4 and draw a box around what I want, but this adds that next level where you pretty it all up and I like mostly that you can adjust the shape so it looks better on whatever platform you want.
